Covenant Communion with The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
And God said: "Let there be light" Genesis 1:3 "and God divided the light from the darkness." Genesis 1:4
JOHN
The book of John goes hand in hand with 1 John and we find the Gospel Core proclamations of Jesus Christ being the Word of God, the Son of God and The Mediator of the New Testament/Covenant. "For he hath made him (Jesus) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God (through Covenant Communion) in him (abiding in Him Jn 14:15-16, Jn 14:21)" 2 Cor 5:21. Jesus' decrees (the mediator of the New Covenant) and requirements have been recorded in order that we might enter into His Kingdom by Covenant Communion which has been made possible by his sacrfice on the cross. Only by dying to self and complete devotion to Him, through the keeping of His Word, are we made worthy of His precious blood that was shed so that we can have eternal life in Him (Colossians 1:10, 1 Thessalonians 2:12, 2 Thessalonians 1:5). Our commitment to Jesus Christ brings us under the tutelage of the Holy Spirit (the minister of the New Covenant/Testament 2 Cor 3:7-9, Jn 14:21, Jn 14:15-16) which empowers us to become the Son's of God and bring us to a deeper knowledge of Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. It is only by His Power that we are able to bide in the Light as He is in the Light. To truly understand the writings of Paul, we have to see and perceive the Covenant and receive the truths recorded and proclaimed by Jesus and documented by John. We must be born of the Spirit and only by repenting and making Jesus Christ (the mediator of the New Covenant/Testament) our King will we see and experience the Kingdom of God. The Gospel Core is Covenant (Testament) Communion. Our revelation must be born from above, not below. The Kingdom of God must be within us.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within (i.e. in your souls) you.
